A quick one on using AI to save time.

I’m working with teams across Europe again, and I’d forgotten how different national public holidays are. I wanted a single view in my calendar so I know who’s in or out.

I asked Notion AI (in this case) to generate an ICS covering 2025 and 2026 for the UK, Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, and Romania. Two minutes later, I had a file I could import. Done.

Could I have done it another way? Absolutely. Would it have been faster or better? No. Right now, this is exactly where LLMs earn their keep: simple, repeatable tasks that you don’t need to overthink.
