The trip to Amsterdam was long but pretty interesting. I was up at 03:30 to get to Stansted and then fly to the Netherlands. Even though it was Sleazy Jet everything was on time. Rather bizarrely I bumped into an old colleague at the airport and got the latest gossip from the old place, sounds like there are a few problems, but then I can’t remember a time in an office when there weren’t.
The meetings we went over for were interesting, we’ll have to wait to see what comes out of them. There was also some other interesting talks but that will have to wait until a few weeks time before I can say much more.
I had to duck out of the last meeting a bit early to dash for the plane. One day I’ll end up actually getting to Schipol on time, I only ever see the departures area when I have 5 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. But apart from that all went well, I just need to get some sleep now.
