New Toy

I went to the pub with some friends last night (not a big change from normal there), but when I got home, slightly the worse for wear, a new toy was waiting for me. So really, I ask you, who needs sleep? I just sat there for a couple of hours playing, getting all of my music, photos and video across onto it, using the Wi-Fi. In the cold light of day I feel pretty terrible, but I can assure you that’s entirely due to the beer and lack of sleep. Full review of the Touch coming when I am fully compus.

  1. I’m almost ashamed to admin I have never owned an Ipod (although I did present my wife a pink Mini a few Valentine’s Days ago). That said, I know enough to be afraid of a purely touchscreen gadget that does things that shouldn’t require your eyes to be open. And I’m not the only one: { http://www.greyhawk68.com/greyhawk68/home.nsf/d6plinks/GREK-77LGCQ“ rel=”nofollow” target =”blank”>Link }I’d be interested to get your take on that issue.

  2. It’s certainly true that you need to look at the screen to control it, so if you use your iPod while driving I wouldn’t recommend the touch. But I don’t and I’m still in the honeymoon period. We’ll see how I fare over the next couple of weeks.
