OK guys, apologies for the appalling performance of Defectr. The feedback from you all was incredible before Ed posted a link this afternoon, since when the server has been churning away like a good’un. I am going to try and sort out a proper hosting solution ASAP but until then please bear with me.
By the way, can anyone suggest a good hosting company, I’m tempted to just rent a dedicated server but that seems a pricey option?
Ah yes, the Ed Effect!
Well, I’ve always recommended Domino Developer Network, and they’ve certainly been very supportive of the Lotus blogging community generally — could be worth a shot? Otherwise, there are Prominic, Connectria, and no doubt a few more…
We are using CoreFusion for hosting dominoblogs.com. They are based out of Canada, and are great – also very supportive of community initiatives, and reasonably priced as well.
Hi, on a completely unrelated subject, have you come across the One Day in History blog site which encourages as many people as possible to write a blog of their day today to create a history resource for the future. I thought as you already write one it might be something which came easily!
Check it out. http://www.historymatters.org.uk/output/page96.asp“ rel=”nofollow”>http://www.historymatters.org.uk/output/page96.asp

I would be happy to host your blog on my server along with CouchDb, NotesNerd and BruceElgort.com
Just say the word.
