This news will do the rounds very quickly, so thought I would join the throng. If you are a Business Partner then you can download the latest version of Notes / Domino (version 7) from the IBM website. The general public release will be a few days yet according to Bill.
It looks like the server download is down to 509mb and the full client set (client, designer and admin) is 195mb, so depending on your connection speed it could take some time to get. From my side the American servers are far faster than the Irish ones at the moment.
Update All of my servers and clients (including this server) have been upgraded now. The fastest one was done, start to finish in nine minutes!
I was able with my Passport customer account to download 7.0 today:
