my contract has just been renewed again. it looks like things will wind up here
in november but then i have been expecting things to slow down for the last 2
years! i started this contract in july 2000 with the hope of being around for
6-9 months but each time one project finishes up i get asked to move onto a new
one. but it is getting time to move on, i just need the market to pick up a
little. every so often the contract market over at jobserve shows signs of
strengthening but then dies again. i just hope that the government hasn’t
managed to kill the contracting market altogether with its various
“initiatives”.
