I am not normally particularly into the Olympics but it does seem pretty exciting this year. Not least with the mens coxless fours rowing which we have just won by the smallest of margins. It does seem a pity that not all of the seats have been sold, I think that if the games were in the UK there wouldn’t be a free seat to be had for love nor money but we’ll have to wait to see if we’re given the opportunity in 2012.
The Olympics has certainly entertained us for the last month, we’ve sadly not done as well in the swimming or field and track events, Paula Radcliffe really tried but sadly stopped on the last leg of the marathon, she deserves a normal life now she’s been through alot.
I’s sad that so many Atheletes turn to drugs, and go and pull out once there too, where as they could have given someone else that opportunity to compete.
The Rowing has been fantastic along with the Kayaking and Equestrian events.
