I got my home contents insurance policy renewal information in the post this
evening. To say it was a shock was an understatement. Currently I pay about
GBP12 per month, not the best price around but I like the extra cover I get.
For the same cover I was offered a renewal at GBP95 per month. That’s almost an
800 percent increase in price. It would surely have been less effort just to
send me a letter to say that they did not want to insure me any more.
Anyway, one phonecall and ten minutes later I have a new insurance policy which
costs GBP13 per month (with AXA you’ll be happy to hear Matt!) and offers
better cover than I had before.
We’re with them too but thanks to Matt’s job we get a reduction, our payment is £6 per month for everything! I have a mobile handset Samsung E700 with charger hands free kit and original box etc going if anyone’s interested? let me know.Having played cricket at the weekend I feel veri fit and healthy, my new team I play for lost by 1 run! I scored a 4 and another run before being caught. Playing again in 2 weeks time, they must be impressed as it’s Norfolk & Suffolk league! They are going to teach me to bowl too.
