Life’s been extremely busy over the last couple of days. Every year there is a business analysis process which is meant to happen. Every year the analysis starts too late and the management team are surprised when we tell them that to do wha they are after will take slightly longer than two weeks!
So a three hour meeting this morning, 2 hours this afternoon and various document writing sessions later and we are beginning to sort out a way forward. It’s going to be a stressful few weeks.
