it looks like the sale of my flat is finally going through. i am still not keen
on counting my chickens but my solicitor phoned earlier to say that everything
is ok and the buyer wants to complete tomorrow.
as ever, until the money is in my bank account i will not be convinced. this
whole process has proven (if proof were needed) that everything that can go
wrong will go wrong!
