hassle

i am not even in the country and anglia railways still find ways of giving me grief. i had a long e-mail conversation with them before i left in which i explicitly set out the dates i would be out of the country so that my season ticket could be suspended for that time. "no problem" was the response, and i thought for once that they had pulled the rabbit out of the hat. so i was checking my bank balance today, fully expecting to see the money for march gone to pay for the ticket, but no, it was still there. several e-mails and expensive phone calls later and i find out that they have not done anything because i am not answering my home or office phone numbers to confirm i want the ticket for march! sheesh am i looking forward to dealing with people like that again in a couple of weeks!
