a group of us went out in the city last night for what has become the
traditional team fare of champagne and curry. now i know this does not sound
the most appealing combination but it has always done us pretty well.
there is a set formula which has been developed over the years. we start at the
fish
market bar on bishopsgate and after a suitable number of bottles, wander
off to brick lane
(one of london’s best areas for curry) to preem which is a pretty decent curry
house that has become the traditional destination for curry nights.
of course the down side is always the morning after, everyone is a little quiet
and green around the gills so i will just keep my head down and try to make it
through the day.
